Plaintiff Ruzhen He’s Unopposed Motions to Compel Defendant Yong Han to (1) Answer Form Interrogatories, Set One (2) Answer Special Interrogatories, Set One, and (3) Have Requests for Admission Set One Deemed Admitted, and the accompanying request for sanctions are GRANTED.
Defendant Yong Han is ordered to serve verified full and complete answers, without objections, to the Form Interrogatories, Set One, and Special Interrogatories, Set One, within 15 days of the date of service of written notice of the court’s ruling.
Plaintiff Ruzhen He’s Unopposed Motions to Compel Defendant Feijuan Xiong to (1) Answer Form Interrogatories, Set One and (2) Answer Special Interrogatories, Set One, and the accompanying request for sanctions are GRANTED.
Defendant Feijuan Xiong is ordered to serve verified full and complete answers, without objections, to the Form Interrogatories, Set One, and Special Interrogatories, Set One, within 15 days of the date of service of written notice of the court’s ruling.
Plaintiff He is awarded sanctions against Defendant Xiong in the amount of $820 total for both Motions to Compel. Payment shall be made by Defendant Xiong to Plaintiff He through plaintiff’s counsel within 30 days of notice of this order.
