Plaintiff Ryadon Inc.’s (Ryadon) unopposed motion to deem matters admitted, Set One is GRANTED. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 2033.280.)

The matters set forth in Ryadon’s first set of requests for admission directed to defendant Kent Walker (Walker) are hereby DEEMED ADMITTED.

Sanctions are GRANTED in the total amount $1,960 in favor of Ryadon, and against Walker, payable through Ryadon’s counsel within 30 days of notice. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 2033.280, subd. (c).)

Ryadon shall give notice.
