Plaintiff Ryadon Inc.’s (Ryadon) unopposed motions to deem matters admitted (Set One, Set two) are GRANTED. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 2033.280.)

The matters set forth in Ryadon’s first and second sets of requests for admission directed to defendant Kent Walker (Walker) are hereby DEEMED ADMITTED.

Sanctions are GRANTED in the total amount $3,920 ($1,960 per motion) in favor of Ryadon, and against Walker, payable through Ryadon’s counsel within 30 days of notice. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 2033.280, subd. (c).)

Ryadon shall give notice.
