Attorney Rory K. Pendergast’s motion to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Veronica Gastelum is GRANTED, effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the client.  (See CRC Rule 3.1362)

Attorney Pendergast is also ordered to prepare and submit to the court a revised “Order Granting Attorney’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel” to reflect the date of the default prove up hearing scheduled for October 20, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in Department C-28.

Moving counsel shall give notice.
