Plaintiff Forwardline Financial alleges it loaned $50,000.00 to Falcon Designs, LLC dba Falcon Designs (Adams Decl. ¶¶4-5; Exh. 1.) Defendant Mazen Abdallah executed a personal guaranty in favor of Plaintiff. (Adams Decl. ¶¶6-7; Exh. 1.) Plaintiff further alleges defendants defaulted on the Loan and became indebted to Plaintiff in the sum of $29,222.60. (Adams Decl. ¶¶12-13, Exh. 3.)

On July 19, 2022, Plaintiff filed a complaint Defendants Falcon Designs, LLC dba Falcon Designs and Mazen Abdhallah. On February 7, 2023, Plaintiff dismissed Defendant Falcon Designs, LLC dba Falcon Designs.

Request for entry of default was entered February 7, 2023.
