The declaration filed on 7-21-22 under ROA No. 236 states in part, “There has been a significant breakdown in the attorney-client relationship which has significantly impeded counsel’s ability to effectively prosecute this case and represent client’s interests. . . .” This declaration is sufficient to justify withdrawal under Professional Conduct Rule, 1.16, subdivision (b)(4).
