The court requests the parties to appear on Defendants’ (Michael Raymond Perry and The Perry Law Firm APLC) Motion to Compel Attendance at Deposition of Craig Hunter and Production of Documents (Motion), filed as an Ex Parte Application on 4-11-22 under ROA No. 378.

On 8-1-22 under ROA No. 8-1-22, Plaintiff (Daniel Escamilla) filed a Notice of Non-Opposition to Order Compelling Deposition (Notice).  The Notice, however, indicates there is a dispute between the parties as to the payment of the expert witness fees. The parties are to meet and confer over this dispute, and to appear at the hearing on 8-2-22 to provide a status report as to the payment of the fees in dispute.
