The court has prepared a tentative ruling on Interested Party’s (Jane Doe) Motion to Disqualify Plaintiff’s Attorney of Record filed 7-11-23 under ROA Nos. 235 and 237.  The court will issue a printed copy of the tentative ruling to the parties at the hearing on 8-1-23.  The court will discuss the scope of the sealing implemented by Interested Party at the hearing on 8-1-23.  The attorneys shall appear in Department C32 at 8:30 a.m. to receive a copy of the court’s tentative ruling.
