On 8-17-22 under ROA No. 350, Defendant Earlysense, Inc. filed a Notice of Stay of Proceedings caused by Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings. On 9-8-22, the court entered a minute order stating in part, “Based on the Notice of Stay of Proceedings, filed on 08/17/2022 under ROA No. 350, the Court stays the proceedings in this action pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a).” The court set a Status Conference regarding bankruptcy on 10-4-22 at 9:00 a.m. in Department C32. Therefore, the following motions set for 10-4-22 are off calendar, and will be rescheduled once the bankruptcy stay has been lifted:
