Therefore, the court CONTINUES Defendant’s (California Automobile Insurance Company erroneously sued as Mercury General Insurance Company) Motion for Bifurcation of Causes of Action (Motion), filed on 5-31-22 under ROA No. 53, to a date and time to be determined at the hearing on 9-20-22. The court ORDERS Plaintiff to file its Opposition no later than 9-22-22.
