Before the court finalizes the below tentative rulings, the court requests the parties to appear to advise the court whether the below motions are moot in light of the Request for Dismissal filed by Moving Counsel on 11-29-22 under ROA No. 292, and the Stipulation electronically received on 11-29-22 under ROA No. 295.
Motion No. 1:
Moving Counsel’s (Ismail Amin, Esq. – The Amin Law Group, Ltd.) unopposed Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel as to Tanya Pierce (Motion), filed on 11-4-22 under ROA No. 287, is GRANTED.
The Motion complies with California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362 (a), (c), and (d). On 11-4-22, Moving Counsel served the Motion, the Declaration, and the Proposed Order on Defendant (Tanya Pierce).
The declaration filed on 11-4-22 under ROA No. 281 states in part, “There has been a breakdown in the attorney-client relationship between my office and Defendant Tanya Pierce (‘Defendant’) regarding this matter such that continued representation of Defendant by my office is not possible. . . .” This declaration is sufficient to justify withdrawal under Professional Conduct Rule, 1.16, subdivision (b)(4).
Moving Counsel will remain as counsel of record until Moving Counsel files proof of service of the court’s signed order on Tanya Pierce.
Based on the above, the court GRANTS Moving Counsel’s unopposed Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel as to Tanya Pierce filed on 11-4-22 under ROA No. 287.

Motion No. 2:
Moving Counsel’s (Ismail Amin, Esq. – The Amin Law Group, Ltd.) unopposed Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel as to Great Foods, It’s Vegan LLC (Motion), filed on 11-4-22 under ROA No. 285, is GRANTED.
The Motion complies with California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362 (a), (c), and (d). On 11-4-22, Moving Counsel served the Motion, the Declaration, and the Proposed Order on Defendant (Great Foods, It’s Vegan LLC).
