Defendant’s (Greensky, Inc.) Verified Application to Appear as Counsel Pro Hac Vice of Sean William Fleming, filed on 6-26-23 under ROA No. 148, is CONTINUED to a date and time to be determined at the hearing on 8-29-23.

On 7-11-23, the court granted Defendant’s Application for an Order to Shorten Time for Hearing the Pro Hac Vice Application, and asked Defendant to give notice of the new hearing date. (7-11-23 Minute Order.)  Defendant has not filed a Proof of Service showing that notice of the new hearing date was provided to the parties who have appeared in the case and on the State Bar of California. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 9.40(c).)
