Defendant’s (Victor Manuel Orellana) Motion to Compel Further Responses (Motion) to Requests for Production of Documents (Motion), filed on 7-18-22 under ROA No. 78, is CONTINUED to 10-4-22 at 9:00 a.m. in Department C32.

The court’s file does not reflect that Defendant filed a Reply.  Plaintiff (Juan Carlos Orellana), however, filed an “Objection to Defendant’s Argument Raised for the First Time on Reply” on 9-7-22 under ROA No. 108. in which Plaintiff objects to arguments made by Defendant in Defendant’s Reply.  It appears that Defendant served a Reply, but inadvertently did not file the Reply with the court.

Therefore, the court CONTINUES Defendant’s (Victor Manuel Orellana) Motion to Compel Further Responses (Motion) to Requests for Production of Documents, filed on 7-18-22 under ROA No. 78, to 10-4-22 at 9:00 a.m. in Department C32.
