Relator’s (Michael Schlesinger) Motion for an Award of Attorney’s Fees, filed on 12-19-22 under ROA No. 233 (Motion), is CONTINUED to 9-5-23 at 10:00 a.m. in Department C32.

The court does not issue a tentative ruling.  On 8-11-23, Relator filed Additional Supplemental Declarations from Aaron R. Hand, Brett M. Murdock, and Lee K. Fink.  (ROA Nos. 441, 443, and 445.)  These declaration provide new evidence regarding the hourly rate requested by Relator’s attorneys. (Hand Decl., ¶¶ 4 and 5; Murdock Decl.; ¶ 4; Fink Decl., ¶¶ 4 and 5.)  The court CONTINUES this Motion to 9-5-23 at 10:00 a.m. to allow Respondents to provide a response to this new evidence.  Any response from Respondents shall not exceed three pages, and is due no later than 8-31-23.
