The court takes the following Motions OFF CALENDAR, without prejudice to the rescheduling these Motions, based on the court’s 5-30-23 Minute Order that stayed all proceedings in this action: (1) Defendants’ (Maheep Virdi, M.D. and Rasham Sandhu, M.D.) Motion to Compel Further Responses to From Interrogatories—General to Defendant Sean Patrick Brown filed on 2-21-23 under ROA No. 123; (2) Defendants’ Motion to Compel Further Responses to Requests for Production of Documents to Defendant Sean Patrick Brown filed on 2-21-23 under ROA No. 119; and (3) Defendants’ Motion for Order Establishing or, Alternatively, Compelling Further Responses to Requests for Admission to Defendant Sean Patrick Brown filed on 2-21-23.

The court will RESCHEDULE these Motions when the court lifts the stay, and Defendants affirmatively request that the court resets these Motions.
