Plaintiff’s (George Cardoza) unopposed Amended Ex Parte Application of James A. Gale to Appear as Counsel Pro Hac Vice (Application), filed on 8-15-22 under ROA No. 30, is GRANTED.

Initially, the court’s file reflects that all parties and the State Bar of California received notice of the 9-27-22 hearing date.  (See Notice of Hearing filed on 9-20-22 under ROA No. 84; Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 9.40 (c).)

The Verified Application of James A. Gale complies with California Rules of Court, rule 9.40(d).  Plaintiff has shown compliance with California Rules of Court, Rule 9.40(e). (Taylor Decl., ¶¶ 3, 4, and Exhibit B.)

The application of attorney James A. Gale to appear pro hac vice as counsel for Plaintiff George Cardoza in this matter is hereby GRANTED pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 9.40.
