As to Plaintiff’s (Mika Tavai) unopposed Motion for Leave to File a First Amended Complaint (Motion), filed on 4-3-23 under ROA No. 37, the parties shall appear at the hearing on 8-15-23.

Plaintiff filed this Motion on 4-3-23.  On 9-14-22 under ROA No. 9, Defendant—Compassionate Care Hospice, LLC filed an Answer to the Complaint (filed on 8-29-22 under ROA No. 2).  On 10-25-22 under ROA No. 12, Defendant—Stephen Manginsay filed an Answer to the Complaint.  On 4-4-23 under ROA No. 42, Defendants—Karina Bustillos, Ann Cabillo, and Ryan Gumapac filed an Answer to the Complaint.  The court is unclear as to the status of the Motion because the Motion does not include a Proof of Service as to the parties who have answered the Complaint.   (Cal.
