On October 11, 2022, plaintiff Denise Dedeo-Schwartz (“Plaintiff”) filed this motion to set aside an order of dismissal issued on February 1, 2022.  The motion is unaccompanied by a proof of service showing that defendant Stater Bros. Markets has been served and given notice of this motion pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1005(b).  Accordingly, the hearing date is continued to November 22, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. in Department 27 of the Spring Street Courthouse.
