The hearing on defendant DK Connections, LLC’s (“Defendant”) motion to consolidate was originally scheduled for July 13, 2022.  However, the Court issued a tentative ruling noting that there was no notice of related case and continued the hearing to the present date so that one could be filed.  The Court sees that Defendant attempted to file a notice of related case on July 13, 2022 but that it was rejected on August 2, 2022.  No other notice of related case is on file. 

 

Accordingly, the Motion to consolidate is DENIED without prejudice.
