Bauman Law, APLC seeks to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Leticia Moedano Soberanes on grounds that a nonwaivable conflict of interest has arisen. Absent a showing of resulting prejudice, an attorney’s request for withdrawal should be granted. (People v. Prince (1968) 268 Cal.App.2d 398, 406.) The hearing on this motion was continued from June 24, 2022, in order to allow counsel to file a proposed order. The proposed order was filed on July 15, 2022. Accordingly, this unopposed motion to be relieved is GRANTED and effective upon filing a proof of service showing service of this Order on Plaintiff.
