Plaintiff Daniel Dunkel seeks to consolidate this action, filed on March 23, 2021, with Case No. 21STCV16895 (Insurance Company of the West vs. Karla Chacon Lopez).  However, on December 8, 2022, that action was dismissed without prejudice.  Therefore, there is nothing to consolidate.

Accordingly, the motion is DENIED.
