Mansfield Collins seeks to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Osbee Sangster on the grounds that irreconcilable differences have arisen. The motion cannot be granted at this time because the proposed order on file is incomplete. Items 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 must be filled out.

Accordingly, the hearing on this motion is continued to ___________ at 8:30 a.m. in Department 3 of the Alhambra Courthouse. A revised and completed proposed order must be filed no later than 5 days before the hearing date.
