Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Plaintiff”) requests a default judgment against defendant Marlene Mariscal in the amount of $28,359.63, consisting of $27,019.78 as demanded in the complaint, $539.85 in costs, and $800 in attorneys’ fees.  The Court cannot approve the application for default judgment at this time because Plaintiff fails to identify the contract provision or statute which provides for attorneys’ fees. 

The hearing is CONTINUED to ________ at 8:30 a.m. in Department 3 of the Alhambra Courthouse.  Plaintiff is to submit any supporting paperwork no later than 2 weeks before the date of the hearing.
