[TENTATIVE]
ORDER RE: MOTION TO BE RELIEVED Dept.

The Court notes that trial in this
matter is not yet set and no prejudice will result from granting this motion. However, the proposed order on Form MC-053 is
not filled out. In particular, Item 6
which is supposed to identify Defendant’s address and telephone number, is
blank. Accordingly, the Court CONTINUES
the hearing to May 24, 2023 so that counsel may submit a revised proposed order
which fills in Items 3, 5a, 6, and 7.
Counsel should take care to note whether the address and telephone
number provided is Defendant’s “current” or “last known.”
The Court additionally notes that there
are two more motions to be relieved scheduled for May 8, 2023 and May 24, 2023,
and that the proposed orders submitted for those motions are similarly
deficient. Counsel should also provide
revised proposed orders for these other motions before those hearings to avoid
any further continuances.
Moving party to give notice.
