On April 11, 2024, defendant American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (“Defendant”) filed this motion for summary adjudication of the Second Cause of Action for “Fraudulent Inducement – Concealment” asserted in the Complaint filed by plaintiffs Alberto Morales and Carolina Altamirano (collectively, “Plaintiffs”). On September 10, 2024, Plaintiffs filed a request for dismissal dismissing their Second cause of Action. Accordingly, Defendant’s motion is MOOT.
