On July 8, 2024, Richard Liu and Edward Wells filed this motion to be relieved as counsel of record for defendant CA Fan Tuan Inc. On August 20, 2024, a substitution of attorney was filed indicating that Tricia L. Legittino of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein + Selz PC was Defendant’s new legal representative. Accordingly, the motion to be relieved is MOOT.
