[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: MOTION TFOR ORDER COMPELLING RESPONSE TO FORM INTERROGATORIES

Dept. 3

8:30 a.m.

March 14, 2025

On January 30, 2025, plaintiff Zvi Kriple (“Plaintiff”) filed this motion for an order compelling defendant Holly Hawk (“Defendant”) to serve responses to Form Interrogatories – General, Set One. The notice of motion states that the hearing date is April 1, 2025. Plaintiff failed to give Defendant notice that a hearing would be taking place today on March 14, 2025. There is no opposition filed to the motion because no opposition would be due until March 18, 2025, for a motion to be heard April 1, 2025. The Court has no record of a hearing reservation being made for April 1, 2025.

Accordingly, the motion is DENIED without prejudice.

          Moving party to give notice.

Dated this 14th day of March 2025
