[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: MOTION TO BE RELIEVED

Dept. 3

8:30 a.m.

August 23, 2024

Niko Kravchenko seeks to be relieved as counsel for plaintiff Terri Rivers.  This motion is procedurally deficient.  A motion to be relieved as counsel must be accompanied by a declaration made on mandatory form MC-052 and a completed proposed order made on mandatory form MC-053.  (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362(c), (e).)  All forms must be served on the client and all parties who have appeared in the action.  (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362(d).) The required declaration and proposed order are not on file with the Court and there is no indication that Plaintiff has been served with the motion. This motion is DENIED without prejudice as procedurally deficient.

Moving party to give notice.
