Daniel F. Gaines, Alex P. Katofsky, and Evan S. Gaines of Gaines & Gaines, APLC move to be relieved as counsel of record for plaintiff Alex Aguila.  Evan S. Gaines declares that his office is unable to make contact with Plaintiff and cannot effectively represent him.  Trial is not yet set and the Court finds that no prejudice will result from the granting of this motion. 

On July 28, 2023, Counsel filed a proposed order as ordered by the Court.  Accordingly, the motion is GRANTED and effective as of August 26, 2023.
