[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: APPLICATION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

Dept. 3

8:30 a.m.

June 13, 2025

)

Plaintiff Toni Ramirez (“Plaintiff”) requests a default judgment of $1 million against defendant Adrian Ortega. Plaintiff’s default judgment package is incomplete because it does not include any declaration to substantiate the damages requested. Also, the Court notes that Plaintiff has not yet served Ortega with the statement of damages. Therefore, the Court vacates the default against Ortega and sets an OSC re: Entry of Default for ___________ at 8:30 a.m. in Department 3 of the Alhambra Courthouse.
