On February 28, 2024, Kam Kooshki was substituted in as counsel for defendants Cipriano P. Rey Hipolito and Nancy T. Diep, trustors and trustees of the Hipolito-Diep Family Trust (collectively, “Defendants”). Accordingly, Mark D. Evans’s motions to be relieved as Defendants’ counsel are taken off calendar as moot.
