Plaintiff Toyota Industries Commercial Finance Inc. (“Plaintiff”) requests a default judgment against defendant Edward W. Mok in the amount of $25,719.67. The Court cannot grant the application at this time because Plaintiff has not filed a proposed judgment. Accordingly, the hearing on this application is continued to _______ at 8:30 a.m. in Department 3 of the Alhambra Courthouse. A proposed judgment, preferably on Form JUD-100, must be filed no later than 5 days before the date of the hearing.
