Plaintiff Georgina Onaga, as trustee of the Kiyoko Keefe Trust, seeks a default judgment against defendant Krystal Clay for unpaid rent and repairs to property. In her Complaint, Plaintiff asks for $52,388.04 in damages plus $435 in costs. On Form CIV-100, Plaintiff requests a judgment with a balance of $50,473.04 after crediting Defendant with her $2,350 security deposit, but the proposed judgment on Form JUD-100 is for $50,038.04. Therefore, the Court continues the hearing to June 5, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. so that Plaintiff may submit a revised proposed judgment which is consistent with the judgment requested on Form CIV-100.
