Plaintiff Perla Mageno (“Plaintiff”) seeks a default judgment against defendant G&P Hospitality, LLC which includes statutory damages and injunctive relief.

The only proposed judgment on file was filed on July 16, 2024 and rejected. Therefore, the hearing on this default prove-up is continued to December 6, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. so that Plaintiff can submit a proposed judgment for the Court to sign.

The proposed judgment must be filed no later than 5 court days before the hearing date.
