          On September 14, 2023, this Court granted defendants Pasaca Capital, Inc. and Charles Chunhua Huang’s motion to stay the action pending the completion of arbitration. In light of the stay, this discovery motion, as well as the demurrer and motion to strike scheduled to be heard on November 3, 2023, are taken off calendar.
