[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: APPLICATION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

Dept. 3

8:30 a.m.

July 29, 2024

)

          Plaintiff Ally Bank (“Plaintiff”) seeks a default judgment against defenants Marine Nersisyan, Devine Motorworkz Corp., and Grigor Cholakyan, individually and dba Devine Motorworkz. The default package is defective because Item 2 of the Request for Court Judgment on Form CIV-100 is not filled out and refers only to the submitted judgment. Plaintiff needs to identify the total amount of money in damages sought against all three defendants, even if the actual judgment includes other issues regarding apportionment, possession, and set-off.

           The hearing is continued to ______ at 8:30 a.m. in Department 3 of the Alhambra Courthouse so that Plaintiff may file an amended Form CIV-100 Request for Court Judgment. The amended form must be filed no later than 5 court days before the hearing.

Dated this 29th day of July, 2024
