The Court notes that the motion be relieved
as to Elisa Valdovinos was scheduled to be heard on June 16, 2025, at 8:30 a.m.
and the Court has advanced the hearing on that motion to this date on the
assumption of no-objection by Plaintiff to have the motions heard at the same
time and at the earliest possible opportunity.
Counsel’s Motion complies with
California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362. The Court notes that trial in this
matter is set for August 10, 2026, and no prejudice will result from granting
this motion.
