On January 15, 2025, Joshua Bordin-Wosk and Bryan Aghakhani filed this motion to be relieved as counsel of record for plaintiffs Erik Tollesfrud and Amie Tollesfrud (collectively, “Plaintiffs”). On February 18, 2025, substitution of attorney forms were filed stating that Plaintiffs were now self-represented. Accordingly, the motion to be relieved is moot.
