Sassan Mackay seeks to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Stephanie Greene on the grounds that the attorney-client relationship has deteriorated. 

Absent a showing of resulting prejudice, an attorney’s request for withdrawal should be granted.  (People v. Prince (1968) 268 Cal.App.2d 398, 406.)  The Court notes that no trial date has been set yet and finds that Plaintiff will not be prejudiced by the granting of this motion.  Accordingly, the unopposed motion to be relieved is GRANTED and effective as of December 22, 2022.
