The hearing on the motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement is CONTINUED to July 7, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Despite Plaintiff’s counsel’s filing two copies of the settlement agreement—one attached to ROA 314, and one “fully executed” version attached to ROA 319—the Court still does not have a copy of the agreement that’s been executed by Tailgate Printing. The version attached to ROA 314 is signed by plaintiff Barragan and by the Mahoney firm (which approves as to form). The version attached to ROA 319 is signed by plaintiffs Barragan and Hernandez, the Mahoney firm, and the Kring & Chung firm (both approving as to form), but not Tailgate Printing. If the parties want the Court to preliminarily approve the settlement at the next hearing, a copy of the agreement signed by Tailgate must be submitted by June 28, 2023.
