Plaintiff’s Motion for Final Approval of Class Action and PAGA

The Motion for Final Approval of Class Action and PAGA Settlement is CONTINUED to September 2, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in Department CX104 to allow Plaintiff to address the issue identified below. It is not necessary for Plaintiff to resubmit briefing which has already been filed with the Court. Supplemental declarations or other supplemental materials shall be filed no later than August 22, 2022.  

The Administrator’s declaration (ROA 150) is dated 07-11-22, but the deadline for opt-outs and objections was 07-26-22. (¶¶ 8–9.) Because the numbers are not final, the settlement cannot be finally approved. A supplemental administrator declaration is required.
