Defendant Griswold Industries, Inc., dba Cla-Val moves to strike class allegations from the second amended complaint (SAC) of Plaintiff Rod Fawaz.  Cross-Defendant Sellers Optical, Inc., dba Precision Optical joins in the motion.  Fawaz has not filed an opposition.  At a status conference on October 13, 2022, Fawaz confirmed he would not oppose this motion.  Accordingly, Cla-Val’s motion is GRANTED.  All items identified in the notice of motion are struck from the SAC.
