Defendants Fieldstone Partners California, LLC; Fieldstone Residential Builders, LLC; RSM 8, LLC; and PCA Management Services, Inc. (collectively “RSM”) move to compel arbitration of Plaintiffs Jeffrey R. Walker and Kelly C. Hendrix’s claims.  Plaintiffs have not filed an opposition to the motion.  The unopposed motion is GRANTED.  Plaintiffs are ordered to arbitrate their claims against RSM.  This matter is STAYED as to RSM pending the outcome of arbitration.
