Plaintiff Mary Et Boyle PhD's motion to enforce settlement under CCP § 664.6 (ROA # 198) is granted.

The Court deems the lack of opposition to the motion to be a concession as to the merits of the motion.

In addition, notwithstanding the lack of opposition, the Court has reviewed the moving papers and finds that the motion is meritorious.

The dismissal entered on July 14, 2022 is hereby set aside.

Plaintiff may submit a proposed judgment.

Any request for attorney's fees may be done by way of noticed motion with a hearing date of May 31, 2024 at 1:30 pm. All briefing shall by conducted in accordance with the CCP. Costs may be sought by way of a memorandum of costs.

This is the tentative ruling for an appearance hearing (in person or remote) at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 2024. If no party appears at the hearing, this tentative ruling will become the order of the Court as of April 26, 2024.
