In connection with Plaintiff Gina LeBlanc's motion for sanctions (issue, evidentiary and/or terminating) (ROA # 211), the Court issues the following ruling: The Court has carefully considered the arguments and authorities presented by the parties and is not persuaded that evidentiary, issue or terminating sanctions are appropriate. This minute order constitutes the Court's order. No party is required to submit a proposed order after hearing.
This is the tentative ruling for an appearance (in person or remote) hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024.
