Defendant Baxter Blasting Company dba M.J. Baxter Drilling Company's motion to compel further responses to request for production of documents (Set Two) (ROA # 257) is granted.

The Court orders plaintiff Louis Baxter to produce the confidential settlement agreement reached between Baxter, and others, in the GIC 845909 case. The Court finds that the agreement is relevant to determine whether any provisions of that agreement have an impact on the plaintiff's claims against Baxter.

The Court directs that the confidential settlement agreement by produced by the plaintiff on or before May 10, 2024 and may not be disclosed by any party to third parties not involved in this case absent a court order.

The Court denies defendant Baxter's request for monetary sanctions. The imposition of monetary sanctions in this instance would be unjust.

This minute order constitutes the Court's order. No party is required to submit a proposed order after hearing.
