REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT IS CONTINUED 

TENTATIVE RULING 

Plaintiff requests default judgment against Defendants Mohammed Al Jarallah; Jarallah Al Jarallah; and Greenfield Gulf LLC in the amount of $ 4,393,881.78. 

Plaintiff has presented evidence to support a judgment in the amount of $3,068,699.91 only, consisting of: 

·       $3,060,795.19 in damages.

• $7,874.72 in costs.

 Plaintiff seeks prejudgment interest in the amount of $1,325,211.87, calculated at a rate of ten percent (10%) per annum up to January 31, 2023. California Rules of Court, rule 3.1800 requires an interest computation be included, which Plaintiff failed to provide. 

The hearing is CONTINUED to February 21, 2023, to allow Plaintiff to submit a declaration showing the interest computation necessary to determine the prejudgment interest owed.
