On March 18, 2024, the Court’s minute order noted: “The criminal history assessment that the Clerk’s Office has run appears to include only a check of California criminal history. The Court requests that a more comprehensive criminal history be run, including criminal history databases from other states.”  The Clerk’s Office does not appear to have re-run a more comprehensive criminal history as requested.  The petition is continued to June 3, 2024 at 9:30 am to enable the Clerk’s Office to run a more comprehensive criminal history.  Court Clerk to give notice.
